Contractual Agreement:
After an initial meeting and interview, a coaching programme is negotiated with the client, which is reviewed and evaluated on an ongoing basis.

The agreement specifies the purpose, goals and objectives of the relationship, expectations, ground rules, times, proposed duration and location. It also includes a confidentiality statement.
It may be drawn up:
- directly with the client on an individual basis
- with the client and a sponsor from his/her work place.

FREE initial meeting and interview to ensure the service offered to you is relevant and appropriate. Fees vary according to programme. They may be paid in advance, on a monthly basis or at an hourly rate.

The right to privacy for clients as specified in the Data Protection Act 1998 will be respected at all times.
Information and data about clients will be stored for business operations only and in order to ensure all coaching programmes are carefully recorded, evaluated and tracked. Clients have a right to see these records at any time.
No unauthorised sharing of client information will be initiated through
gain.insight. However, security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
