Young people and adults starting out in a new work-place as employees, apprentices or as part of an employability scheme. You may be highly able with much to offer but feel daunted and tempted to give up when challenges arise.

Initial meeting and interview, assessment of strengths, learning-preferences and challenges, agreed programme of support which is reviewed and evaluated on an ongoing basis
